PetlyArt started with a simple idea: the pets who fill our homes with joy deserve art that lasts a lifetime. We're a small studio of illustrators, print-makers, and pet parents turning your favorite photos into museum-quality keepsakes — one pet, one portrait, at a time.
Who PetlyArt is
Brand background and business scope
PetlyArt (petlyart.com) is an online custom pet art studio. We turn a single photo of a dog, cat or other companion animal into personalised artwork and printed keepsakes — memorial portraits, canvases, photo blankets, cushions, mugs and keychains. Every order is illustrated from the customer's own photo, and a digital proof is emailed for written approval before anything is printed.
We operate as a print-on-demand studio: artwork is produced in-house, printing and worldwide shipping are handled by vetted production partners, and we hold no stock. Typical turnaround is a proof within 24–48 hours of upload, then production and delivery after approval. Support and proof approval are handled by email in English.
PetlyArt serves two distinct audiences, and both are core to the business:
- Consumers (B2C custom orders) — pet owners and gift buyers ordering personalised portraits and pet memorial keepsakes. Orders are placed directly on petlyart.com, paid by card through Stripe, and shipped to the customer.
- Pet businesses and creators (B2B affiliate distribution) — veterinary clinics, groomers, pet cremation and aftercare services, rescues, pet shops and pet influencers refer clients through our Partner & Affiliate Program: 15% commission (up to 20% at volume), a 30-day tracking cookie, monthly PayPal payouts with a $50 minimum, zero inventory and no fulfilment work on the partner's side.
What we do not do: we are not a marketplace or reseller of third-party art, we do not sell customer data, and we do not print anything a customer has not approved. Process details are set out in how it works and answered in full in our customer FAQ.
Why we exist
A studio, not a factory.
We were tired of seeing pets reduced to AI filters and mass-produced prints. Our pets sit on our beds, ride shotgun, and greet us at the door. They deserve art with soul.
So we built PetlyArt around real artists, real craftsmanship, and a promise: nothing ships until you love it. Every portrait passes through a human hand before it reaches your wall.
