- How much does a PetlyArt custom pet portrait cost?
- Prices start at $24 USD for keepsakes such as mugs and keychains. Canvas pet portraits are $59 for 8" × 10", $79 for 12" × 16", $99 for 16" × 20" and $149 for 24" × 30". Framed memorial portraits are $89–$129, pillows $49–$59 and photo blankets $89–$119. Every size and price is listed on its product page, and US orders over $75 ship free.
- How does PetlyArt work?
- Four steps: 1) upload a clear photo of your pet and choose a product, art style and size; 2) pay securely by card — the on-screen preview shows photo placement only; 3) our artists hand-finish the artwork and email you a digital proof, usually within 24–48 hours; 4) you approve or request changes, and only then do we print and ship your keepsake. Nothing is printed before you approve.

- PetlyArt is a custom pet art studio that turns your pet's photo into portraits, canvases, blankets, pillows, mugs and pet memorial keepsakes. We serve pet owners directly and also run an affiliate and referral partner program for vet clinics, groomers, pet cremation services and pet influencers.
- How long does a PetlyArt order take to arrive?
- You receive a digital proof in 24–48 hours (up to 3–5 business days at peak). After approval, canvas prints ship in 2–3 business days and blankets, pillows and mugs in 5–7 business days, plus delivery time for your country. Tell us your deadline and we will prioritise the order.
- Which photo works best for a custom pet portrait?
- One well-lit, in-focus photo taken at your pet's eye level, with the face clearly visible. Backgrounds do not matter — our artists remove them. Older or lower-resolution photos are usually fine for memorial pieces; if a photo truly cannot be used we tell you before printing.
