Orders & products

All portraits are made to order based on the photo, style, and product you select. We reserve the right to decline orders that violate our content policy (see below).

Content policy

By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. We do not accept photos of copyrighted characters, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes on third-party rights.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your original photo. The final artwork we produce is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. PetlyArt retains ownership of its brand assets, product designs, and website.

Refunds & the love guarantee

If you are not thrilled with your digital preview, we will revise it or refund you in full before printing. See our full refund policy.
