Partnership model & commission terms
One simple model for every partner type: you refer, we produce. There is nothing to buy up front, and the terms below apply to every referral channel — link, discount code or printed QR card.
Zero-inventory distribution
No stock to buy, no minimum order, no setup or membership fee. Every portrait and keepsake is produced on demand after the customer approves their artwork, and PetlyArt prints and ships worldwide directly to them.
Commission: 15% standard, up to 20%
Partners earn 15% of the product value of every referred order. Clinics, crematoriums, stores and creators with steady volume can move to 20% or to wholesale pricing. Shipping, taxes and refunded orders are excluded.
30-day cookie window
Clicking your referral link sets a first-party tracking cookie for 30 days, so a client who returns days later is still credited to you. Discount codes and QR cards are attributed for the life of the code, which keeps in-store referrals trackable.
Paid by PayPal, monthly
Commission is paid by PayPal within the first 10 days of the following month, once your balance reaches the $50 payout minimum (smaller balances roll over). Payouts run after the order ships and clears the 14-day refund window. Bank transfer is available for wholesale partners.

A downloadable kit with product photography, lifestyle images, social-ready mockups, short-form video clips, counter and waiting-room posters, a printable price sheet and sympathy-appropriate wording for memorial conversations. Files come in web and print resolution so you can use them in-store and online.
Your own discount code
A personalised client discount code (for example VETCLINIC10) that gives your clients a saving and credits the order to you at the same time — attributed for the life of the code, even without a cookie. It works when a client orders days later, from another device, or from a card you handed them in person.
Tracking QR codes
Print-ready QR cards, stickers and posters that carry your tracked referral link. Perfect for reception desks, aftercare and cremation packages, grooming checkout, adoption folders and photo sessions — a client scans, lands on the right collection, and the referral is recorded automatically.
Samples & dedicated support
Active partners can order a discounted sample piece to display, and get a named contact for rush orders, memorial cases and questions from their clients. Higher-volume partners can add neutral packaging and a co-branded landing page.

- Who can join the PetlyArt partner program?
- Vet clinics, groomers, pet boarding and daycare, pet cremation and aftercare services, rescues and shelters, pet photographers, and pet influencers or content creators. There is no follower minimum — what matters is that you talk to pet owners who would value a custom portrait or a memorial keepsake.
- How much commission can partners earn?
- The standard rate is 15% of the product value of every referred order, tracked by referral link, discount code or QR card and paid monthly. Steady-volume partners such as clinics, crematoriums and creators can be moved to 20% or onto wholesale pricing with a co-branded landing page — ask when you apply. Shipping, taxes and refunded orders are excluded from commission.
- How long does the affiliate tracking cookie last?
- 30 days. When someone clicks your referral link we set a first-party tracking cookie, so any order they place on petlyart.com within 30 days is credited to you — even if they come back later on the same device. Discount codes and QR cards are attributed for the life of the code, so in-store referrals are still tracked when a client orders from home.
- How and when are partners paid?
- Commission is paid by PayPal, monthly, within the first 10 days of the following month, once your balance reaches the $50 payout minimum (lower balances roll over).
